About Us

Our Core Focus
Assessing and preventing chronic disease is Lifesigns' core focus. We make every effort to identify emerging health risks and protect future health. Our testing is thorough and our effort to prevent catastrophic events and to educate is our number one priority.

Peace of Mind

Lifesigns takes pride in new state-of-the-art equipment and quick adaptation to patient needs. Our providers review and discuss their findings and outline a health strategy if needed. Patients receive a personalized summary, including a thorough but easy-to-understand overview of each test and the provider's recommendations.

Many patients leave our office with peace of mind that their health indicators are typical. Other patients are grateful their visit showed early signs of emerging or severe health risks that our team could address without delay.

The Clinic

Established in 1992, Lifesigns is a patient-centered facility dedicated to comprehensive physical exams and critical follow-up care. For more than 32 years, Lifesigns has provided over 400,000 health and wellness exams to patients in the Memphis community.

We provide a comfortable environment with aesthetic features that include a waterfall centerpiece and art throughout the clinic. For patients fasting, we offer an array of snacks, fruit, and beverages.

The Prevention Group

Under the umbrella of The Prevention Group ("TPG"), Lifesigns has inspired two sister companies, HealthyHere and MealMD. HealthyHere is a mobile version of Lifesigns performing ultrasound-guided physicals at the employer's worksite. MealMD is a physician designed weight loss program which delivers chef-prepared meals and an evidence-based curriculum. TPG also manages wellness incentives and on-site clinics for companies wanting a full-time worksite clinic.
